Copyright Policies for the Journal of Architecture and Urbanism Taypi:

1. Copyright Ownership: Authors publishing in the Journal of Architecture and Urbanism transfer to the journal all copyright and related rights of the article, including the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display, and communicate the article to the public in all known or yet-to-be-known forms and media.

2. Credit Attribution: While the journal has the exclusive right to exploit the article, authors will always receive credit as the authors of the article. The journal commits to providing proper attribution in all publications reproducing the article.

3. Article Usage: Authors may use their article for educational, research, and non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution to the Journal of Architecture and Urbanism is given as its source.

4. Author Consent: Authors warrant that the article is original and does not infringe upon the copyright of third parties. Furthermore, authors guarantee that they have the right to assign the copyright of the article to the journal.

5. Modifications: The journal reserves the right to make editorial modifications to the article to comply with publishing standards and enhance its quality.
