Publication Cost Policy (APCs)

The Research Journal of the Graduate School of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano is committed to non-profit open access. Below, we detail our funding policy:

Costs for Authors

• No submission fees: There is no cost for the evaluation process.
• No Article Processing Charges (APCs): The journal does not charge authors for publishing.
• Automatic waiver: No special requests are required; all accepted articles are published free of charge.

Funding Model

Operating costs are covered by:

• Institutional grants from the Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano.
• Voluntary contributions from allied institutions

Transparency

• No hidden charges: No payments are requested at any stage of the editorial process.
• Sustainability: The journal guarantees its continuity through institutional funds, without depending on APCs.

Waivers Policy

Not applicable: as a journal without APCs, all authors publish free of charge, regardless of their affiliation or country of origin.
