The editors have autonomy to make decisions related to the selection of articles in coordination with the editorial committee.
* Confidentiality agreement: Editors are prohibited from disclosing information to persons other than the corresponding author about the submitted manuscript.
* Transparency and interests: The editorial board may not make use of unpublished material in its own or other research unless he/she has obtained the express written consent of the author. 1.2. Responsibilities of the reviewers:
Communication in the editorial evaluation: The review is, in the scientific communication process, the first stage of evaluation where reviewers communicate with the editors, in order to make suggestions to improve the article through editorial communication.
Punctuality: Punctuality is a main aspect that attests to the quality and excellence of a scientific review, therefore, the submission criteria are established from a first stage in the receipt of manuscripts where reviewers must comply with the established deadlines and if the reviewers do not have sufficient knowledge about the subject of the article they must inform the editorial committee and therefore the article cannot be reviewed and must return the article in a timely manner.
Requirements for objectivity: The observations made by the reviewers should be made in a neutral and impartial manner, articulating the analysis of the article on the basis of reasonable and ethical arguments.
Confidentiality: Manuscripts assigned for review should be considered a confidential document. This manuscript should not be discussed or presented to third parties or individuals.

Principles of research: Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are objective, which should be the result of research work with ethically obtained data, with an objective discussion of the results. The data should be objectively explained in the article. The written report should include sufficient details and references so that others can cite the research. False or incorrect statements constitute a lack of research ethics, therefore, they will not be allowed.

Fundamental errors in published research: In the event that the author becomes aware of a fundamental error or inaccuracy in his/her own published research, he/she should immediately notify the journal editors or publisher for correction. When this has been subsequent to their marking, this cannot be changed. Therefore, prior review by the authors is essential.
