IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE SEGURIDAD EN LA PEQUEÑA MINERÍA EN LA ZONA NORTE DE LA REGIÓN DE PUNO

Los obstáculos de seguridad en el trabajo cambian según el lugar, la organización y áreas de trabajo específico. Por ello, se inicia a desarrollar este propósito debido al crecimiento de accidentes laborales y la importancia de la implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad, para aminorar eventos de trabajo en la pequeña minería. El fin de este proyecto fue; hacer una valoración de la posición real en la pequeña minería, identificando amenazas de riesgo comprometidas con los trabajadores y formular la implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad en la pequeña minería y minería artesanal. El procedimiento utilizado es exploratoria, detallado y aplicativa utilizando referencias cuantitativas, las fuentes de aclaración son básicos con diferentes entrevistas. El resultado de este diseño basado en la implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad será en todos los niveles jerárquicos, que nos mejorará según la implementación realizada, se obtiene un 65%, al cumplirla, debiendo mejorar y alcanzar un promedio de 70%, según la tabla de calificación, posterior a la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad se visualizó una reducción significativa en la tabla accidentes. En conclusión, la implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad adecuada mejorará la calidad de trabajo seguro en trabajadores y administrados en todo el ámbito del pequeño productor minero y minero artesanal.
